AIRMARKER

Versilia Marine Service is the first official AIRMARKER dealer for Italy.

Many boaters and water sports enthusiasts rely on signal flares, whistles, or electronic emergency transmitters—but each of these methods has its limitations. A cell phone or radio, for example, may not have reception or may not work when in contact with water. Flares burn for only a few seconds, and their visibility depends heavily on the time of day and weather conditions.

AirMarker fills this gapThe bright SOS balloon remains visible for up to three days and clearly indicates the location of the person involved in the accident. Even in rough seas or at dusk, rescue teams can locate the person much more quickly thanks to the balloon, rather than having to laboriously search a vast area.

R. Four & R.Five

The system has been extensively tested and reviewed by experts. Technically, the R.Four/R.Five is based on the R.One model, which has already been successfully introduced in the outdoor sector. Before its market launch, the AirMarker underwent rigorous laboratory and field tests under extreme conditions. Furthermore, the AirMarker enjoys expert support: at the international marine trade fair METS, the AirMarker R.Four won first prize in the "Safety on Board" category—the first product ever from a start-up.

AIRMARKER BALLOON

The AirMarker balloon features an innovative special coating designed to positively impact its radar signature. However, depending on the radar system parameters, weather conditions, distance, flight altitude, and movement dynamics, radar detection may be reduced.

In many situations, however, rescue teams can significantly improve their ability to locate the balloon using search radar equipment. This adaptive radar signature offers practical advantages, such as improved orientation and more precise location support for vessels involved in rescue operations. However, due to the large number of external factors, reliable radar detection cannot be guaranteed.

Complete radar visibility or detection cannot be technically guaranteed. Any liability for damage or loss resulting from limited or absent radar detection is excluded.
