U-SAFE

Versilia Marine Service is the first official dealer in Italy for U-SAFE, a high-tech rescue device. This land-operated device marks a major step forward for Versilia Marine Service into the high-tech market of emergency rescue equipment. When in standby mode, it activates upon contact with water, switching from a vertical to a horizontal position; the device features the "flip & move" system, allowing the remote-controlled lifebuoy to operate regardless of which side it lands on. Weighing only 13.70 kg, it can keep up to four people afloat simultaneously and tow as much as 240 kg, which potentially allows it to rescue two people at the same time. U-SAFE is the result of innovative European research and technology in the field of marine safety equipment, and VMS, operating in Italy for over 30 years, has chosen U-SAFE as the first high-tech device it can trust.
